Thanksgiving

Oh my gosh, what I have so much to be thankful for, I have tears writing this. I am in paradise. I walked to Fish Hoek this morning listening to sermons from Imago Dei church pastor, and I am sweating in the bright sun that's almost highest in the sky at 7:30am! I now write this with a breeze inside my dorm room, listening to Chris Tomlin rock in our room where we prapare to go to our DTS class worship this morning. There is no one like our God! I prayed thanks so much this morning that i get to experience here.
I prayed also, that God no matter what, even if money didn't come my way the way I needed and wanted, even if I was sick, even when money doesn't come my way or when I am sick and thigns aren't going well, to please GIVE me the strength to still glorify, and worship him. Still, just as Job, worship even when things aren't lining up my ducks. This is life, this is the beauty in the darkness to have light, and when there's already visibly light, we can be exuberant all the same!
Lessons to be learned. Oh I desire wisdom, true wisdom.
I can't be more blessed to have a relationship with God. The bonuses are YOU. The people out there whom he's created. The people I get to meet, touch, hear from, be loved from ,to love, and oh the beauty! Let's give thanks!
