Please pray for this!!! Media Village...

Ok, here's my new idea/dream. I see it as completely duable. We just need the right connections. God's not having me go at this campaign and event in small waves. Oh no no, it's BIG waves. I don't think he would have used me if it weren't for going BIG. So please pray if this is really hisdesire as well.
So, YWAM Media Village, is in a town 10 minutes away called Kalk Bay, just on th ebeautiful water. It's this quant place that is total tourists, very famous place also called Brass Bell, restarant and bar are there. Cafe's, restarant, shops, and just over-all great atmosphere. It's even right on the water with beautiful light house and restarant on the water. It has swimming holes everywhere built into the rocks to enjoy swimming holes with the kids or doing laps, which I see many do every morning. there's surfers enjoying the waves there too.
This building that has been housing the school there with arts, film, photography, and all the equiptment and productions have been there for sometime. Now, it's up for sale and they're moving to some place in sommerset west. Graham, the head master, says they need the money in order to be moving so he's wanting abuyer asap.
The place is up for auction right now for R7 million, and that equivalant to 1 million USD. It's the coolest place ever! It has 3-4 floors, with rooms and rooms of all kinds of offices, productions rooms, kitchen dinning, dorm-style, lounges, Braai in back yard, large balcony looking out over the town and ocean, it's a block from walking to the rocks where there's a swimming hole, 1 minute walk to the shops and cafes. The place is incredible! It's got so much character and even the stairwell is so unique winding up the floors with paintings all around. I'd say it could easily hold 50 people. Now that's probably using bunk beds. Maybe much more, I can't clearly say. Let's just put it this way, ALL the students there are sad to leave the location. It's just soooo cool!
I want this place. I dont' just mean it would be great to have, no think bigger!
Ok, so you get someone to invest. Preferrably a christian. They agree to allow us to make this our campaign base. We live there. We plan, can even probably use the place for filming, photos, whatever it's got all the set up for productions and editing. I know that Graham would be more willing to help with the campaign if we get someone to buy the place and even let us use it for the next 6 months. He already has allowed me to come in, take pictures, show anyone I think maybe interested. He's on my team that's for sure!
So, we use it to house us, we can also and more importantly use th ebuilding to house teams who are coming to serve for and during the world cup!!! Yes teams who are planning and wantingto come from around the world can stay there!
Perhaps even Justice Acts, who's dealing with prostitution, can use it as a safe house. Somethign they're learning to provide to help get the women off the streets and a safe place. I gotta learn more about it.
Anyways, so I even though, depending on who purchases this place, I can't see much of a lose lose situation here. No it's a win win! Even with this event I can only sense this place in South AFrica, economy rising because of the world cup. WHAT IF, in collateral for staying there for teh next 6 or 5 months, we get a few contractors, or anyone who builds, LIKE my brother, Jeff Baxter, Skyler, Sergio, my dad, my grandpa, Jon Martin, Jerry from NZ, and you get a place for us to stay for free in collateral that they work for free labor on the building. YES< they serve, in exchange to let us use the house for the few months. So the value increases. The owner will need to purchase the supplies, but free labor.
Therefore the building increases in value after anyways.
EVEN better, if we get builders who have a heart to serve for this once in a lifetime chance to come and build here and possibly work to continue after for the investor.

I already heard from Nik, whom I showed through yesterday the place, that him in his Helenic ministry, that at least 60 are coming to minister during the world cup from Greece alone. They need places. EVEn if they were charged a small fee for teh building, it helps. Yeah? Please pray and spread the word!!!
