Oh wanted to say amen to the knee...

I quickly wanted to praise the Lord and say, I walked on the soft sand today before dinner enjoying the sunset but also testing my knee out. It didn't hurt! I have only been swimming, walking, and slightly got a few chances on the bike at the gym, so amen to that it's a start. I've already been asking around on what I should do say if I need surgery and the best time because I do have insurance right now here, some sort, and I also am going on outreach here soon, then after if I do head out and have recovery, I'll wanna play after.
