Grace continued again :)

Grace is without merit, it's undeserved kindness.
Redemption is bought out of slavery - it's FREE
Righteousness (God-right in everything He does) (Man-perfectly measures up to a standard)
Justification is a declaration that someone measures up to a standard (righteous)
Righteousness is what happens at that moment of salvation. Right when we ask God to help and he comes into our life is when righteousness happens. Saved means justified.
If accused of being 'righteous' this just means another way of saying you're accused of being saved. This is Grace. You cannot earn it. Saved or not, righteous or not, don't doubt being saved.
Romans 3:25
Propitiation/Atonement
Propitiation means 'wrath taker' (He took our punishment for sin)
Atonement means 'hilasterion' which is overwhelming, overflowing, and out of control. LOVE
"We need to preach the gospel 'truth' every single day. The simple message because it's so hard to believ eit and live it."
We looked at Abraham. He was reckoned, credited, and counted. The credit balanced in the account.
God did not say Abraham's past is gone, but credited as righteous. Paul says all past was cancelled, but it doesn't end there. You're accounting ledger now has credit. Righteousness you will use in teh future. We all sin. Still mess up.
Forgiveness (sacrifice) was for ALL time.
Abraham's timeline of gaining this forgiveness.
-Looks up at the sare and God tells him as many he he will have as the stars in the sky, and Abraham believes.
-Abraham ebleive and then is given righteousness. This is without Jesus because he wasn't there in the OT
-Abraham then sins. He has sex with another woman than his wife. (ironic how she even asked him to because she was barren. See Eve? :)
Abraham tried to play God by speeding up this process of having many children. He never saw his own wife bear children til 24 years. That's a long time to have faith in what God says. Ishmael comes from the Hagar, not Sara, and Isak is from Sara.
Ishmael is the result of sinful consequences, but God still says He'll forgive and bless Ishmael.
Later on Isak and Ishmael hate each other which is consequences of sin.
(Arabs and Jews are still fighting today because of this sin! Crazy how God is still Just. There's sin in the world not from God, but through him we're saved. This sin is still seeing it's fruits)
So,
Grace trains us to repent. Not because we HAVE to but because we WANT to. Therefore I DO repent.

I'd like to finish with something I wrote in my journal later.
God you told me I have the Holy Spirit. I have it in me already. You showed me. You reiterated it in my dream. You have blessed me. I was given righteousness. Now that I've declared I have faith. No concept of your wisdom will ever come to me. Please keep me lining up. Desiring you Lord. To hear a sweet sound from me. When I think, pray, speak and act, you smile. Everyday I draw closer to the target. I am tired of my roller coaster. But when I immediately repent, I am placed back on my feet without drowning behind. Thank you God for being all loving and just. All you have created is Good. You never change. Help me to take my eyes off of me. Give me a new song! Humble me. Give ALL my worship to You. I love you Lord!
