WOW, I'm tired

I feel like I can't even begin to think of the hours it would be necessary to do all the things that need to even begin. Then it's the nurturing, planning, creating, and much more. But hey, I've learned, and keep learning, it's through Him. Our Father can do anything and EVERYTHING! I have to believe. We have to believe. He created this place, US, the many hairs on our head, why do we doubt he can't do much more? Faith in ACtion, this is what I need more of, especially in my shoes RIGHT now, going up against the odds. I've already had both excitement for this project, and also "it'll never work." I must keep going, but there must be more of God and less of me.
One thing is for sure, I can't rely purely on internet here. I have to ask another prayer request, for one of those internet insert things where you have access anywhere at all times. It's too important now. Car is still in the works, right Lord?
Let's see, I'll back from from now to last Thursday when I wrote because my mind's gone at the moment with it being midnight and all and I'm half wired and half dizzy.
I've been emailing and researching a few things, like I posted just before this, great people, and this man Ben doing good things with great articles, etc., it's fantastic to see. It's funny I read this article in Time magazine by chance the other day, and Kim got back from Jo Berg and Bloem and all up there and actually met with those people there who worked on the article, photos, and the rehabilitation of the girl saved in it! Small world here now!
However, been having some great responses, great leads, too much to be honest. Needing a 'team' to come up alongside me to do so much work that needs to happen. Research, reading the news, helping with website, (by the way it's up now, www.abstain2010.com, but it's not at all done, it's just at least up! Amen, and even better the guy prolonged it for a year an dnot just 7 months! It's a start right)
More contacts for film companies, character designers people, oh the whole lot. Yes so many great contacts, but how can I reach them all? Meet them all? I don't even have a vehicle yet? AND my phone will need to be given back to it's original owner Nic soon, I've been graciously given one, I even think it'll be an iphone from Ruan and his wife, BUT it will cost top-up. It's ok, it's a necessity. Good things and obstacles all in one.
I was going to have this abused lady with all these troubles who was crying and needing food and a place to go when I found her at our gate th eother night. Yeah, well I invited her and her daughter back after I gave them some money and energy bar, but she came too early today, I wasn't home yet, and left her address. I'd packed us a great lunch too and she wa sgoing to even bring her little boy to meet. Oh well, soon.
So I did a bit of grocery shopping for that, I went to the market for a few nic nacs, mom you'll see. I hit up the Bay church, which is Sooooo filled with the Holy Spirit, it's awesome! I walked, it's like at least half hour walk, but it was alright. Saw a sweet couple I'd met previously with my new Mike and Mike friends, and they wanted me to take their details for possible help and even ride next time. They heard my story in 5 minutes, I said i'd email them more details about project. They immediately gave me Phil Cunningham or someone's name who does this stuff even like a cartoon or something on airplanes? I guess big in the films, and even a great christian. They said he lives around here and Mike jenkins our mutual friend knows him. So ANOTHER great contact, oh Lord you're great! Even more, Wayne, the guy he looked me right in the eyes and said this is right from you're heart and God' wants to bring this into light, so it's only with him you can. Don't get discouraged, but take his blessing he seems to have laid on your heart and WITH him, you can. Oh man it was just what I needed to hear!
Saturday I spent early morning meeting at Stefan and Nadin's newly owners, of the Cafe just around the corner. They're the Germans who's here primarily to work on the World Cup team, but things have changed and now going forward with this cafe to be within the community and Stefan wants to put his time now into that but also anyway he can with helping me too. So, we met to drink their nice coffe, but also talk about proposals and Stefan's ideas and how he can help. He is TUG< The Ultimate Goal's funding man and he felt he's not been able to do anything for them but with this he feels he could do more! Amen, and Pam, she's in communication in YWWAM, great talk with her and contacts, even the idea to write an article about the project, who we are, what we need, how we need people to rise up, and get it out into christiam magazines and the YWAM emails, webpage, etc. to get people to know what we're trying to do and how we need help! Tobias, who's the German from WC team as well, he had an interview for an hour on CCFM, this local radio station about his role and world cup stuff, and he said he can get me on their whenever I want, and more. So at least to get interviewed and people hear what we want to do. He had phone calls RIGHT after his interview.
I swam after, meeting in morning, cleaned, then walked to kalk bay to at least finalize things wtih Alain and website. He's been so awesome! We're so grateful! It's up and going and he's doing all this by his own choice. Thank you!
Cristian then had me and my roomate Lydia over for some Argentenian food! Great company!
Friday, oh meetings, prayer with Cristian, research, swam, and most importantly, went to see 3D Avatar with my Africa soccer friend Mike! Ah it was so lovely! I loved the movie, BUT got a migrane from the movement! Man it was hard to watch! Very cool though I recommend. I feel like Mike's just this uncle I have around watching out fo rme and making sure I get involved in things. Thanks for him Lord!
