Tuesday and going well
I'd love to be able to write so much going on but just little bit in between class.
Things have been crazy, but all feeling good and getting better. Wanted to announce my first commited member of my campaign team. YES Cristian from Argentina who came to work with the World Cup team here in our base, he's really felt his heart and this mission so so important and ready to work hard. He told me about how the more he feels about this message and how much people don't want to hear it about abstinence, but NEED it, the challenge is what he loves. SO thank the Lord!
My birthday was incredible thank you thank you! I had a great morning walk, then went to Empire Cafe with about 12 of my friends from here, and enjoyed the time. I came back to base to check my emails then my friend Nik, from TUG ministries happened to pop by with flowers. He said you can't stay here let's go to a concert in the Botanical Gardens in Kirstenbosch. SO off we went.
I had the best time listening to this Johnny Cooper Band and telling him all about my dreams and need to do this campaign. Nik is a business Christian and said he has endless people to have me meet. Perhaps even sponsors, which is where I'm going to tonight. A dinner with one of his business partners who wants to invest this year in a ministry. God please be with me.
Night ended so lovely in this beautiful setting on the lawn, wish I had my camera! I'l be back. Met some of his lovely friends from local churches and look forward to more with them!
I finished the night eating amazing ginger, carrot, organe muffins my friends helped me make and they said LOVELY words about me and sang, and we had a blast. THen i finished the day of with talking to my parents. OH how lovely thank you all!
Now I have big plans. Nik even offered to possibly live in his house for the next month while he's gone and drive his car, (pray I learn to drive an automatic) AND he's blessed me with a phone for while. GOd is so good. So things are moving!
I gotta get back, but that's a start. THe birthday wishes were endless and so much felt, my heart was on fire and still is!
